Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to OneCity AI Academy, an online digital marketing course operated by OneCity Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to them.

1. The service

• An online, self-paced course taught by an AI tutor, with lesson notes, flashcards, quizzes and AI-graded practice tasks.
• Module 1 is a free trial. Other modules require an active paid plan.
• The AI tutor and grader can make mistakes. Use the lesson notes and your own judgement, and verify important facts (for example tax, legal or platform rules) from official sources.

2. Plans and payment

• Monthly: ₹1,000 for 1 month of access to all modules.
• 3 Months: ₹2,500 for 3 months of access to all modules.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
• Access starts immediately after successful payment and ends on the date shown on your dashboard. Plans do not renew automatically.

3. Delivery

This is a digital service. There is no physical shipping. Access is delivered online, instantly, to the account used for payment. If access does not unlock within a few minutes of a successful payment, contact us and we will fix it.

4. Fair use

• Each account is for one person and can be logged in on one device at a time. Sharing accounts is not allowed.
• Tutor messages are limited per day (about one full class) to keep the service fair and affordable.
• Do not misuse the service, attempt to break it, or copy and resell the course content.

5. Content

Course content, design and branding belong to OneCity Technologies Pvt. Ltd.. Your own practice answers remain yours.

6. Liability

The course is educational. We do not guarantee jobs, income or marketing results. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan.

7. Changes

We may update the course, prices or these terms. Changes do not affect a plan you have already paid for.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
