Privacy Policy

This policy explains how OneCity Technologies Pvt. Ltd. handles personal data for OneCity AI Academy, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Account: your name, email and a securely hashed password.
• Learning data: your chats with the AI tutor, quiz answers, practice task submissions, scores and progress.
• Payments: plan, amount and Razorpay order/payment IDs. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay, not stored by us.
• Usage: daily message counts to apply fair-use limits. For visitors without an account we store only an anonymous, hashed daily counter (no raw IP address).

How we use it

• To run the course: teach you, grade your work, track progress and unlock paid plans.
• To answer your enquiries and provide support.
• We do not sell your data.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the service: Supabase (database and login), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (the Claude AI model that powers the tutor and grader; your messages and submissions are sent to it to generate replies) and Razorpay (payments). They process data only to provide their services to us.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by contacting us below. Deleting your account removes your learning data.

Security and retention

Data is protected with access controls and encryption in transit. We keep data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting needs.
